Alaska Roller Skating Rinks
I have only been able to find two roller skating rinks
in Alaska and both of them are in the City of Anchorage.
At one time there was a third roller rink in Anchorage
but that one closed in the mid 1980's.
If you would like to add a roller skating rink to this page,

Opened in 1963 by Albert Waddell and his son in law Tim Hughes.
When Waddell retired in the mid 1970's he sold
the Anchorage Roller Rink to his daughter Carolyn and
her husband Ed Caldwell. The Caldwell's opened a
second rink, Dimond Skateland. When they closed
the Anchorage Roller Rink in the mid-1980's they
kept Dimond Skateland opened.
